Every year we host several teams and individuals (100+ per year) at our base! God has given us a special calling to be a ‘bridge’ to the Western church to experience His love/glory being poured out in Africa….Every visitor leaves touched or transformed by Jesus! Come join us in this amazing journey of loving and learning in our beloved harvest fields of South Africa. Email Teisa ( for a visitor application or to learn more about 3-6 month internships!

Many people ask what a typical day is like at our base. Honestly, we always giggle at this question because everyday is such a Holy Spirit adventure which cannot be properly expressed in words. Visitors jump in with our local team in asking the question “What does love look like today?” One morning it may look like playing with babies/toddlers at MCV and doing tutoring/or practical project in the afternoon with our older kids.  Another day may be praying for the sick within the community and teaching at the Bible School in the afternoon. Another day may be blessing the preschool with a morning of fun activities, Bible lesson, and lavish love. Another day could be ministering at a local tent crusade or visiting local churches and doing discipleship workshops. It could like helping Teisa in the office with the never-ending administration projects.

Another common question is regarding the costs. Depending on the timing of the visit, flights can be very affordable (under $1200 US). Most people fly into Joberg and then catch a shuttle to our city Nelspruit- budget another $70 round trip for this. Visitors need to budget for their own food/needs (about $10-15 a day). There are no costs for housing at MCV, but space is very limited at our Hospitality House. Teisa can help explain this area better by email (since some expenses like an overnight hotel if arriving late in Joberg may also need to be budgeted).
