In 1990, at the age of 24, Jean Nicole was radically saved from a lifestyle of drug and alcohol addiction. Several years later Jean had a powerful, life-changing encounter with the Holy Spirit during which God called him to the nations. Three months later Jean quit his job of 17 years, sold his house, and went to Bible School. After Bible School, Jean began a two-year internship with Randy Clark and Global Awakening Ministries. Jean has ministered in Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, India, Philippines, and several nations in Africa. Jean has been commissioned by God to preach the gospel of the Kingdom with signs and wonders following. In June of 2006, Jean led the Global Awaking missions’ team to Pemba Mozambique to minister with Iris Ministries. It was there he met his beloved bride to be Teisa Miller. Jean joined the missionary staff in Mozambique shortly after his trip and currently teaches in our Pastor’s Bible School and assists in various other areas.

Teisa Nicole (was Teisa Miller) committed her life to Jesus as a teen-ager and also received His call to the nations. With a heart burning for missions, Teisa went to Bible School and completed a ministry training program (Master’s Commission), before starting in the ministry. Teisa served two years at Teen Challenge center and another five years with an inner-city ministry in New Orleans, LA called School of Urban Missions. While ministering in New Orleans, Teisa received a vision from God and a word about reaching the Makua people of Mozambique. Teisa has been serving with Heidi and Rolland Baker/Iris Ministries for almost three years in Pemba, Mozambique where she teaches in the Bible school and served as the Director of Hospitality ministry (coordinates/hosts all the visitors to Pemba).

Jean and Teisa were married in Pemba Mozambique on 7-7-7! After a brief honeymoon, they returned to America for another wedding on Aug 4th. Jean and Teisa will be available for preaching/teaching in the US until the end of Jan. of 2008. Jean and Teisa have a passion to share God’s heart for the nations and the poor. They love to engage in prophetic prayer and impartation of the supernatural love/healing mantel that they have received from Jesus.
